My Ducati was refusing to charge its battery, which led to obvious and predictable usability issues. Fortunately I was able to fix it all for less than fifty bucks using a used regulator from a Yamaha R1 and some wire from Autozone. This should apply to pretty much any motorcycle that uses an AC stator.

Awesome, I did  the exact same thing on my VFR years ago. For whatever reason, Yamaha designs a good regulator. Mine is still going strong probably 10 years and 20k later.

Nice! I’m planning on swapping an R6 Voltage Reg into my FZR once I get the brakes done
